Support for SMEs located north of the 49th parallel
This initiative is supported by the Société du Plan Nord as part of the 2023-2028 Northern Action Plan. The Centre québécois de développement durable (CQDD) offers a sustainable development support program to improve the competitiveness of companies located north of the 49th parallel in order to better meet the new expectations and requirements of major contractors in terms of corporate social responsibility (CSR).

- All SMEs that are suppliers or subcontractors to major contractors in the northern territory, with a place of business north of the 49th parallel
